The VNH5019ATR-E device is an automotive-grade full-bridge motor driver. The device is suitable for a variety of automotive grade applications. It features dual monolithic high-side drivers and low-side switches. Among them, the design of the high-side driver switch adopts the VIPower ® M0 technology of STMicroelectronics.
This product comes in a MultiPowerSO-30 package. This package is designed and produced for use in automobiles. Additionally, the device offers relatively high thermal performance due to its exposed die pad design.
