The TPS54140DGQR device is a high performance buck converter. This converter features an integrated high-side MOSFET. Its current-mode control supports simple external compensation and flexible component selection.
The device features a low-ripple pulse-skipping mode. In this mode, the device reduces the no-load, regulated output supply current to 116µA. Frequency foldback and thermal shutdown protect the device even under overload conditions.
