Description
SN65HVD251DR is one of the transceiver chips designed and developed by Texas Instruments, which can be used normally in harsh environments. It is a very cost-effective device and is very popular with design and manufacturing companies. With its professional knowledge, xt-shenzhen has been supplying various electronic components in short supply to global manufacturers and customers. You are very welcome to contact us anytime! ! !
The SN65HVD251DR device allows the fastest switching of the transmitter output transistors by tying pin 8 to ground. Applications may have no restrictions on rising and falling slopes. Rising and falling slopes can be achieved by connecting a CAN data bus resistor to ground at pin 8. The device has grounding and over-voltage protection, over-temperature protection and wide common-mode range. A variety of safety protection designs can better protect the device itself and the equipment where the device is located.
• Bus pins ESD protected over 14 kV HBM ground protected to ±36 V
• Unpowered node do not disturb bus thermal protection and –7-V to 12-V
• Low-Current Standby Mode: 200-µA Typical Common-Mode Range, and ±200-V Tolerant to Transients
• Thermal shutdown protects the CAN controller from the differential CAN bus at
• Glitch-free power-up and power-down CAN bus motor protection for industrial, building automation and automotive hot-swap applications
• Industrial automation is proportional to the output current of the pin
• SAEJ1939 standard data bus interface external resistor value 10 kΩ provides about 15-V/μs
• NMEA2000 standard data bus interface slew rate; 100 kΩ provides approximately 2-V/μs slew rate
