The TXS0102DCTR is a bidirectional voltage level translator that can be used to create digital switch compatibility between mixed voltage systems. It uses two independently configurable power rails capable of supporting lower and higher logic signal levels. At the same time, the TXS0102DCTR can arbitrarily perform bidirectional conversion between 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V voltage nodes. All inputs/outputs are in a high-impedance state when the output-enable (OE) input is low. To ensure a high-impedance state during power-up or power-down, connect OE to ground through a pull-down resistor.

• Latch-up performance exceeds the 100mA required by the JESD78 Type II specification
• Electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection exceeds the requirements of the JESD22 specification
