The 25LC256T-I/SN accesses memory through a simple Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible serial bus. The required bus signals are a clock input (SCK) plus separate data input (SI) and data output (SO) lines. Access to the device is controlled through the Chip Select (CS) input.
