The NCV1117ST50T3G device is a low leakage (IO FACCIO) forward linear voltage regulator from ON Semiconductor. The device delivers over 0.1A of output current over the specified operating temperature range. It has a maximum drain voltage of 1.2 V when the current is 800mA.
