The VND7050AJTR is a dual-channel high-side driver from STMicroelectronics. STMicroelectronics used ST’s proprietary VIPower® technology to manufacture the VND7050AJTR.
The VND7050AJTR can provide both protection and diagnostic functions by driving a 12 V automotive ground load through a 3 V and 5 V CMOS compatible interface.
Advanced protection features such as load current limiting, active overload management through power limiting, and thermal shutdown with configurable latch-off are integrated on the VND7050AJTR.
The FaultRST pin unlocks the output or disables the latch function in the event of a fault.
