这 LM73606RNPR is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter device capable of driving load currents up to 5A (LM73605) or 6A (LM73606) over a supply voltage range of 3.5V to 36V. It uses peak current mode control with adjustable switching frequency. Automatic frequency foldback at light loads and an optional external bias supply improve efficiency over the entire load range. The series requires few external components, and the pinout design simplifies PCB layout and provides the best EMI and thermal performance. Protection features include thermal shutdown, input undervoltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit and hiccup short-circuit protection.
