เดอะ VNQ7E100AJTR belongs to the VNQ7E family of devices developed by STMicroelectronics. The device is a quad high-side driver, fabricated using ST’s proprietary VIPower® M0-7 technology, that drives 12 V automotive ground loads via 3 V and 5 V CMOS compatible interfaces, providing protection and diagnostics.
The VNQ7E100AJTR device integrates advanced protection features such as load current limiting, active overload management through power limiting, and thermal shutdown with configurable latch-off.In addition to detecting overload and short-to-ground, short-to-VCC, and open-state loads, the multiplexed current-sense pins provide high-accuracy proportional load current sensing.
