The MCF52259CAG80 device is a highly integrated 32-bit microprocessor based on version 2 of the ColdFire microarchitecture. Provides high performance and low power consumption. On-chip memory tightly coupled to the processor core includes up to 512 KB of flash and 64 KB of static random-access memory (СРАМ).
