The LM5122MHX/NOPB device is a multiphase synchronous boost controller for high efficiency synchronous boost regulators. The peak current mode is used for control.
The switching frequency is programmable up to 1MHz. For higher efficiency, the device features two robust N-channel MOSFET gate drivers that support adaptive dead-time control.
An internal charge pump enables 100% duty cycle (bypass operation) of the high-side synchronous switch. Using a clock output with a 180-degree phase offset enables a simple multi-phase interleaved configuration. Additional features include discontinuous mode current limit, adjustable line undervoltage lockout, desligamento térmico, and frequency synchronization.
