The VNQ7140AJTR is a dual-channel high-edge driver produced by STMicroelectronics using ST’s patented VIPower® M0-7 technology.
It is designed to drive a grounded load on a 12 V vehicle using a 3 V, 5 V CMOS compatible interface.
The dedicated multi-function multiplexed analog output pins have high diagnostic performance, such as: power supply voltage feedback, chip temperature detection, load current detection, etc.
The device integrates advanced protection features such as active overload management through power limiting, load current limiting, and thermal shutdown with configurable latch-off.
