The STM32H743IIT6 device integrates a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core running up to 480 MHz. The core features a floating point unit (FPU) that supports Arm® double-precision (IEEE 754 compliant) and single-precision data processing instructions and data types.
The device also has up to 1 MB of RAM, high-speed embedded memory, and up to 2 MB of dual-bank flash. It also includes a variety of enhanced I/O and peripherals that connect to multiple bus matrices, multi-layer AXI interconnects for external memory access.
In addition to this, the STM32H743IIT6 device has standard and advanced communication interfaces.
