Description

SN74HC595N is a shift register chip with high quality and high performance. Designed and developed by Texas Instruments Corporation, it is one of the semiconductor devices with very high demand in the market. Good performance makes this chip the first choice for this field of use. With strong supplier channels, xt-shenzhen is very happy to provide you with original SN74HC595N devices.

The SN74HC595N device uses an 8-bit serial-in/parallel-out shift register setup. This storage register has parallel 3-state outputs, and separate clock structures are used for both the shift register and the storage register. The shift register has a direct override clear (SRCLR) input, and serial (SER) input and serial output for cascaded configurations. When the output-enable (OE) input is high, the output is in a high-impedance state. If two clocks are connected, the shift register clock pulses usually precede the store register clock.

• 8-bit serial-in/parallel-out shift register
• Wide operating voltage range from 2V to 6V
• High-current tri-state outputs drive up to 15 low-power Schottky transistors
-Transistor logic device (LSTTL) load
• Low power consumption: 80µA (maximum) ICC
• tpd = 13ns (typ.)
• Output Drive ±6mA at 5V
• Low Input Current: 1µA (Max)
• The shift register has a direct clear function
• Conforms to MIL-PRF-38535 standard
