The SN74AUP1T34QDCKRQ1 is a 1-bit non-inverting converter using two independently configurable power rails. Unidirectional converters switch between A and B ports. The A port is designed to track VCCA. VCCA accepts supply voltages from 0.9V to 3.6V
The SN74AUP1T34QDCKRQ1 is suitable for partial power down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the output, preventing current backflow from damaging the device when the device is powered off.The VCC isolation feature ensures that the B port is in a high impedance state when the VCCA input is GND.If the VCCB input is on GND, there will be no leakage current from any input on the A side, even when floating.
