The LMZM33603RLRR power module is an easy-to-use integrated power solution. The device integrates shielded inductors and passives, C/DC converters and power MOSFETs into one package. This approach addresses loop compensation and magnetic component selection during the design process, and requires only four external components.
The LMZM33603RLRR power module is housed in a compact 7x9x4mm QFN package that is easy to solder to a printed circuit board. On this basis, a compact, flat point-of-load design is achieved.
The LMZM33603RLRR has a complete feature set (power good, programmable UVLO, pre-bias start-up, and overcurrent and overtemperature protection), which makes it an excellent power supply device.
