The LMR14020SQDDARQ1 device is a 40 V, 2 A buck regulator. It integrates a high-side metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET).
With a quiescent current of 40µA in sleep state, this regulator is ideal for battery-powered systems. At the same time, in the off state, its current is an ultra-small 1 microampere. This can greatly improve the life of the battery.
This voltage regulator has a wide switching frequency range to maximize efficiency and external component size.
