FS32K116LAT0MFMT microcontrollers are AEC-Q100 qualified. This 32-bit MCU integrates Arm ® Cortex ® -M. It has stable and durable functional performance and a complete set of production-grade tools.
The device is capable of use in functional safety automotive and industrial applications up to ASIL B. It also has an automotive-grade software development kit (SDK) with a cryptographic security engine with NXP firmware and the FreeRTOS ™ operating system. It also supports ultra-low power mode of operation.
