The ATXMEGA32A4U-AU device is an 8/16-bit AVR® microcontroller from Microchip. It features 32 KB self-programming flash program memory, 4 KB boot code section, 4 KB SRAM, 1 KB EEPROM, external bus interface, 4-channel DMA controller, 8-channel event system, and throughput of up to 32 MIPS at 32 MHz .
