The NC7SZ125P5X is a single-buffered tri-state output ultra-high-speed series. Manufactured using advanced CMOS technology, the device is a single buffered tri-state output ultra-high speed device. Enables ultra-high-speed, high-output drive while maintaining low static power consumption. Contains a variety of high-speed, low-power, CMOS single- and dual-gate logic functions in a choice of six space-saving packages: SOT23-5, SC70 6-lead, US8 8-lead, and MicroPak 6- and 8-terminal leadless packages.
