The LM53601MQDSXRQ1 is a synchronous buck regulator device optimized for automotive applications that provides a regulated 3.3V output. Withstands input voltages up to 36V and transients up to 42V, simplifying input surge protection designs. The open-drain reset output features filtering and delayed release to provide an appropriate indication of system status. With this feature, the device requires no additional monitoring components, saving cost and board space. And the quiescent current is only 23μA, ensuring high efficiency and excellent transient response under all load conditions.
