The VNQ7140AJTR is a dual-channel high-edge driver produced by STMicroelectronics using ST’s patented VIPower® M0-7 technology.
It is designed to drive a grounded load on a 12 V vehicle using a 3 V, 5 V CMOS compatible interface.
The dedicated multi-function multiplexed analog output pins have high diagnostic performance, such as: power supply voltage feedback, chip temperature detection, load current detection, dan lain-lain.
The device integrates advanced protection features such as active overload management through power limiting, load current limiting, and thermal shutdown with configurable latch-off.
