IL LM2675M-5.0 voltage regulator is a monolithic integrated DC-DC converter circuit built in LMDMOS process. This device is one of the LM2675 series developed by Texas Instruments. Fixed output voltages of 3.3 v, 5 v, 12 V and adjustable output versions are available.
