STM32F429IIT6 microcontroller is designed based on ARM® Cortex™ M4 core with 180 MHz CPU running up to 256 KB SRAM and up to 2 MB dual-bank flash with SDRAM interface, Chrom-ART and LCD-TFT controller . The STM32F4 series products, including the STM32F429IIT6 device, all have power-saving modes. It also has an Ethernet MAC and a camera interface for CMOS sensors.
