The STM32F303VCT6 microcontroller is from STMicroelectronics. It is a mainstream mixed-signal ARM Cortex-M4 MCU with DSP and FPU. It also integrates a high-frequency CPU with 256 Ko Flash 72 MHz ultra-high flash.The device also integrates various enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to the two APB buses. The STM32F303VCT6 device also uses high-speed embedded memory with 256 KB Flash and 40 KB SRAM.
