Le SN74LVC1G08DBVR device performs Boolean function (y=a*b or y=a+b) calculations in positive logic. This single dual input setup operates from 1.65V to 5.5V VCC voltage. Features high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a wide VCC operating range. Housed in an ultra-small 0.64mm2 package (DPW) with a 0.5mm pitch, it is ideal for devices requiring small circuits.
