Le NC7WZ14P6X devices feature Schmitt Trigger inputs from Fairchild’s TinyLogic Ultra High Speed (UHS) family. It is fabricated using advanced CMOS technology to enable ultra-high speed and high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a very wide VCC operating range. The device is specified to operate from a 1.65V to 5.5V VCC range. When VCC is 0V, the input and output are high impedance. Inputs are tolerant up to 7V independent of VCC operating voltage.

●Ultra-high speed: tPD 3.2ns (tapez) converts to 50pF at 5V VCC
●High output drive: ±24mA at 3V VCC
●Wide VCC operating range: 1.65V à 5,5 V
Matches the performance of the LCX when operating at 3.3V VCC
