Le 25LC256T-I/SN accesses memory through a simple Serial Peripheral Interface (IPS) compatible serial bus. The required bus signals are a clock input (SCK) plus separate data input (SI) and data output (SO) lines. Access to the device is controlled through the Chip Select (CS) input. Communication with the device can be suspended via the hold pin (HOLD). Available in standard packages including 8-pin PDIP and SOIC.
