The TXS0104ERGYR device is a 4-bit non-inverting converter. It comes with two independently configurable power rails. Its A-side interface is mainly used to track V_CCA. v_CCA must be less than or equal to V_CCB. Its B-side interface is primarily designed to track V_CCB.
If the output enable (OE) Der Eingang ist niedrig, all outputs are in a high impedance state.
The device is designed so that V_CCA powers the OE input circuit.OE is connected to GND through a pull-down resistor to ensure a high-impedance state at power-up or power-down.
