The VNQ7140AJTR is a dual-channel high-edge driver produced by STMicroelectronics using ST’s patented VIPower® M0-7 technology.
It is designed to drive a grounded load on a 12 V vehicle using a 3 الخامس, 5 V CMOS compatible interface.
