The TPS929120-Q1 is a 12-channel 40 V high-side LED driver. It can control 8-bit output current and 12-bit PWM duty cycle. The device has LED open circuit, ground short circuit, and single LED short circuit diagnostic functions, which can adapt to various adjustment needs. A configurable watchdog also automatically sets a fail-safe state when the MCU connection is lost. Using programmable EEPROM, the TPS929120-Q1 device can be flexibly programmed according to different application conditions.
The TPS929120-Q1 adopts the CAN physical layer commonly used in the industry and is based on the flexible wire interface of UART, which can realize long-distance off-board communication without affecting the EMC performance.
